There are no refunds or returns.

If the product is faulty or damaged we will assess case by case and work towards a positive outcome.

No returns on clearance items.

If you wish to change the size of your garment we allow a 2 Business day grace period, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to us, and back to you. We will assess the item for any damages on arrival and determine if we send a new garment out at your correct size. The item must be unworn/unwashed and must have the original tags attached. Anything longer than 2 days and we cannot guarantee quality assurance and therefore cannot accept a return to be put back into sale rotation. 

Shipping costs are according to the Australian Postal Service (and is made cheaper for customers), it is available both nationally and internationally. If we currently do not ship to your location please advise us and we will make it available.

If your parcel has been delivered and there is evidence of this due to your tracking number then it is your responsibility to follow up on this. If the postal service has failed, then in some circumstances we will do our best to come to a negotiation.

If you have entered the wrong address via paypal, and as a result the package is sent to the wrong address that is not our responsibility - we work with the information given to us and therefore it is your responsibility to follow up on this.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive, depending on your location it may be shorter or longer, and depending on weekend/public holidays if the postal service is not open.

(Orders are only posted once your payment has cleared. We officially post weekly every Saturday, however we will always try to post your order out within two days of your payment.)
